The Strength of Stripes

The Strength of Stripes

Firstly - we don't really love pinstripes around here (we're not exactly "power  dressers" and pinstripes are notoriously difficult to wear casually as seperates).

If we're wearing any stripe at all - it's got to be a chalky chalkstripe.

And it's got to be on a thick flannel.

And that's about it.

Stripes are a power move.

They should be strong. Soft pinstripes never made a lot of sense to us. You either got it or you don't.

With that said, it comes down to just how strong you want to go.

You either go with a classic flannel chalkstripe, like Wes here:

Man in a navy pinstripe suit standing confidently on a bridge with urban architecture in the background.
Man in a tailored pinstripe suit posing on steps of a contemporary building, showcasing timeless menswear style.

OR

You go ALL THE WAY with a bold, thick, spaced-out gangster stripe.

Like Will here:

Which chalkstripe are you?

Thanks, as always, for reading.

Yours in style,

Dan Trepanier
