How It Works

Once your order is submitted, you will receive instructions to complete your AOS profile and send us your body measurements.

If you selected Made-to-Measure - we will make your garments right away; based on your profile and your body measurements.

If you selected Bespoke - see the next step.

If you selected Bespoke - we will use your profile and body measurements to make a custom try-on garment for your initial fitting.

When you receive the try-on, simply take 4 photos wearing it, answer some simple questions about how it feels and provide any notes/changes for our tailors to review and adjust your patterns accordingly.

Our team of experienced bespoke tailors will carefully review your try-on fitting and make all of the necessary fit adjustments to your original patterns, before we cut the luxury fabrics for your final designs.

This fitting makes a world of difference as we are able to adjust every element of the garment for your unique body - and style.

Your final bespoke garments will arrive fully adjusted for you and fit like a glove.

We'll do another fitting in the final garments (just like we did with the try-ons) to make sure everything is perfect - and just the way you want it.

We will adjust the final garments if needed, then we'll save your fit on file so you can order perfect-fitting clothing from anywhere, anytime.
