Can I meet with someone to discuss an order?

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We encourage our customers to build their wardrobes by ordering multiple items (that can be styled together) at the same time.

You can add any items from online shop to your bag, and you will receive the following discounts:

Any 5 items = 10% off your order
Any 10 items = 15% off your order
Any 20 items = 20% off your order

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Do you have a physical location?

We do not have a physical location. We operate exclusively online and proudly offer the same premium service (from home) for all customers regardless of their location or ability to travel. See how it works.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control the import taxes charged by your country.

What's the delivery time?

First-time customers: 8-12 weeks.

We start with a a custom try-on garment for your initial fitting (which takes 3-5 weeks to make). Then all final garments take 5-7 weeks.

Repeat customers: 5-7 weeks

Rush service is available upon request - contact us for details.

Do you make clothing for women?

Absolutely!

Everything is custom made and we do not have a "men's" or "women's" section.

Any customer - regardless of shape, size or gender - can order any garment from our collection.

Every client is unique and we are proud to serve a wide range of people across the spectrum of gender, age, size, etc.

Can I gift AOS to a friend?

What is your alterations policy?

When you receive your final garments, please login to your account and upload a "Final Fitting (before alterations)". Our team will review your fitting to provide a personalized alterations script to take to your local tailor. We will also update your fit on file with all of these changes - so your next order is locked-in.

Simply email us a photo of your tailor's receipt showing the total amount, and we will reimburse all alteration costs as a store credit that you can use on your next order.

Please note that alteration reimbursements are only available for up to 60 days after your garment is delivered.

If you receive your final garment and are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in new, unworn condition.
