Absolutely.

We offer free virtual consultations via Zoom or by phone. Book an appointment.

Do you do women's?

At AOS, we don't have a “men's” or “women's” section. Any customer, regardless of shape, size or gender, can order any garment on our website. We will make your custom try-on garment - and perform your personal bespoke fittings - based on the physical profile and fit preferences you provide when youcreate your AOS account.

Do you offer discounts?

Yup! The more you buy, the more you save.

At AOS, we are experts at creating custom wardrobe packages, just for you.

We offer three different wardrobe packages:

- 3 sleeve package: 10% off

- 5 sleeve package: 15% off

- 10 sleeve package: 20% off

Can I customize my garments?

Of course. Click "Customize" on the product page to see the options available.

Do you have more fabrics / a specific fabric / more fabric?

We sure do!

We have access to 10,000+ menswear fabrics from the world's best producers (including from luxury mills like Zegna, Dormeuil and Ariston).

If you're looking for something specific, or you want to re-create a unique garment you've seen somewhere, we can certainly help with that.

Can I get fabric samples?

Absolutely.

You can order physical samples of any of our fabrics here.

How does sizing work?

Articles of Style is the world's only online bespoke tailoring shop.

We provide personal bespoke fittings, with real tailors, from the comfort of your home using a try-on garment.

What's the delivery time?

If you're a new customer, your try-on garment will arrive approximately 3-4 weeks after your first order.

Once your initial try-on fitting is submitted, all your final orders will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks. If you add "Rush Service" at checkout, your final order production time will be cut in half (3-4 weeks).

If you have a date that you need your garment by, please contact us - we can usually accommodate.

Please note: our tailors work hard and receive a bi-annual 2 week vacation; once at the beginning of August and once during the holidays in December. Orders in process during vacation periods will experience an approximate 3-4 week delay. Rush service is not available during vacation periods.

*Knitwear products ship 3-5 business days atfer your order.

Do you offer a faster delivery time?

Yes we do.

If you add "Rush Service" at checkout ($300), your final order production time will be cut in half (3-4 weeks). If you have a date that you need your garment by, pleasecontact us we can usually accommodate.

Can I change my customizations after I place an order?

Customizations cannot be change after an order is placed.

Our tailors cut and prepare the fabric based on the design ordered and we can't make changes once it's cut.

Do I need to return my try-on garment?

Nope. Your try-on garments are custom made for you, and yours to keep.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control the import taxes charged by your country.

If a fabric is sold out, will it come back in stock?

If a fabric is "Sold Out", it will likely be re-stocked once the mill is able to make more.

If you're looking for a specific color or pattern, contact us.

Can I supply my own fabric for an order?

Sure - as long as it's a fabric that is intended for quality menswear.

I’m big & tall, do you have a maximum size you can fit?

Absolutely not.  We can fit all shapes and sizes.

Of course!

Alterations and Returns

What is your alteration policy?

BESPOKE ORDERS

As with any bespoke garment, there is a chance it will require minor tweaks to perfect the final fit.

When your garment arrives we'll do a final fitting (just like we did with your try-on garment). Our tailors will review the fit of the garment in detail and provide specific instructions to properly adjust the garment with your local tailor.

Simply email us a photo of the receipt from your local tailor, and we will reimburse you for the cost of the alterations in store credit which you can use off your next order.

We will update your pattern on file with the final adjustments, so your next order(s) arrive fitting spot-on right out of the box.

Please note alterations must be completed within 60 days of the garment being delivered.

What is your return policy?

BESPOKE ORDERS

When you shop with Articles of Style you are commissioning some of the most skilled and experienced bespoke tailors in America to hand-make a unique garment just for you. 

Once your order is placed, we begin the process of cutting your length of fabric, drafting your bespoke pattern and crafting your personal try-on garment. Due to the nature of this process and product - orders cannot be canceled or returned (unless there was an error or defect with the product, of course, in which case we will remake it). 

We’ve fit thousands of people (men and women) of all shapes and sizes, from all over the world. We take great pride in satisfying our customers - and our business model relies on building your wardrobe via repeat orders.

READY-TO-WEAR ORDERS

AOS Ready-to-Wear and On-Demand garments can be returned for store credit. Garments must be returned in new, unworn condition. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
