How does sizing work?

Articles of Style is the world's only online bespoke tailoring shop.

We provide personal bespoke fittings, with real tailors, from the comfort of your home using a try-on garment.

What's the delivery time?

If you're a new customer, your custom try-on garment will arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks for your fitting.

Once your initial try-on fitting is submitted, all your final orders will arrive in approximately 6-8 weeks. If you add "Rush Service" at checkout ($300), your final order production time will be cut in half (3-4 weeks).

If you have a date that you need your garment by, please contact us - we can usually accommodate.

Please note: our tailors work hard and receive a bi-annual 2 week vacation; once at the beginning of August and once during the holidays in December. Orders in process during vacation periods will experience an approximate 3-4 week delay. Rush service is not available during vacation periods.

Do you offer a faster delivery time?

Yup.

Can I customize my garment?

Sure. We can add any design detail (lapel, pocket, etc) shown on our website, to any fabric.

If you're looking for a design that is not shown on our website, we do not offer it at this time.

Simply email us with your design requests when you place your order and we'll note it on your account.

Can I talk to a stylist about my order?

Absolutely.

We offer free virtual consultations (on Zoom/Facetime or by phone).

Can I get fabric samples?

Absolutely.

You can order physical samples of any of our fabrics here.

Do you have more fabric options?

We sure do!

We have access to 10,000+ menswear fabrics (including from luxury mills like Zegna, Dormeuil and Ariston).

If you're looking for something specific, or you want to re-create a garment you've seen somewhere, we can certainly help with that.

Can women order?

Absolutely!

We have a new womenswear section - but keep in mind that any person, regardless of gender, can shop any of the garments on our website.

We will use the physical profile information in your AOS account to create your pattern and try-on garment for your personal fitting.

Do I need to return my try-on garment?

Nope. Your try-on garments are custom made for you, and yours to keep.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control the import taxes charged by your country.

Do you have a referral discount?

Yes we do!

There is nothing better than when our customers help spread the word about AOS to their friends and colleagues.

We make a point to ask every new customer: "Did you hear about us from another AOS customer? Please let us know who it was and we will send them a referral credit :)".

If a new customer puts your name as their referral, we will email you a store credit code worth 10% of their first order total.

All you have to do is spread the word to new customers and collect store credits :)

If a fabric is sold out, will it come back in stock?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that fabrics will come back in stock.

Get it while it's hot!

Can I supply my own fabric for an order?

Sure - as long as it's a fabric that is intended for quality menswear.

I’m big & tall, do you have a maximum size you can fit?

Absolutely not.  We can fit all shapes and sizes.

Can I gift AoS to a friend?

Of course! The AOS bespoke experience is an unforgettable gift.

Do you offer personal styling advice (for clothes that are not AOS)?

In fact we do. Our head stylist Westley Dimagiba helps many of our clients with their entire wardrobe - jeans, boots, knitwear - all that.

He has expanded his styling business beyond AOS and is available for a Zoom/Phone appointment to talk about your style and wardrobe.

Alterations and Returns

What is your alteration policy?

As with any custom handmade garment, there is a chance it will require minor tweaks to get the fit perfect.

We cover the cost of any alterations as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

When your garment arrives we'll do a final fitting (just like we did with your try-on garment). Our tailors will review the fit and provide specific instructions to properly adjust the garment with your local tailor.

Simply email us a photo of the receipt from your local tailor, and we will reimburse you for the cost of the alterations.

Once you are completely satisfied with the fit of your garment, we will update your pattern on file with all of the changes, so your next order(s) arrive fitting spot-on right out of the box.

Please note alterations must be completed within 60 days of the garment being delivered.

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you've completed the fitting and alterations process, and are still not satisfied with your garment, you can send it back for a refund.

Please note returns must be received within 60 days of delivery, we do not cover the cost of return shipping and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund for the cost of your try-on garment.
