Our blackwatch fabric is pure worsted wool woven in England by Abraham Moon & Sons, in the perfect weight (9oz/255g) to wear year-round. We love blackwatch plaid because it's traditional and conservative by nature, but it's also strong, sexy and rebellious. With this one we wanted a cross-over jacket that you could use to crush a "black tie" occasion (with a formal shirt, bowtie and black trousers) as well as a more casual date or evening out (with a simple knit and black jeans).
