Lottsfeldt Capsule

The Lottsfeldt Capsule is an example of a custom capsule wardrobe we designed for our client Jim Lottsfeldt (see his full article here). 

Jim lives in Alaska, where he's had a long career as a lobbyist and policy strategist helping create positive change for the state of Alaska.

He travels a lot - for work and for play.

This particular capsule was created for a month-long trip to Europe, starting in Paris. On our initial zoom call Jim told me that he wants to pack only a carry-on and he wants to fit-in with the locals (not be seen as an American tourist). 

Jim’s also a very difficult fit. He’s 6’5” with a long torso and shorter legs, which makes off-the-rack clothing virtually impossible.

So this capsule is all about lightweight garments that travel well, can fit-in at a Parisian cafe and fit Jim in a way that is flattering and comfortable.
