The texture of this fabric is surreal - you have to see it (and feel it) in person to get the full effect. Boiled wool is created from a heavy-duty raw wool that has been shrunken and thickened using an ancient process known as “fulling” or “felting”. Through this unique treatment process the fabric becomes more textured, warmer, more durable and highly water resistant.
