About The Fabric

This is the real deal Holyfield right here. A true icon of menswear. Worn in every decade and every style. The infamous, velvety, wide-wale cord. There's nothing quite like it. It has so much character that it takes on a life of its own. It's thick, warm, cozy and is famous for its durability and the way it breaks in beautifully over time. It’s hard to find a more versatile - and lovable - cloth in the game. Consider this your new best friend. Cheers to making some stories together.

“The quality of the fabric is amazing and it fits better than bespoke suits I’ve had made in England and NYC. I'm a AOS customer for life!"

"It's so refreshing to have actual experts reviewing my garments and listening to my feedback. The whole thing felt like a true bespoke experience."

"I just received my coat, suit and shirt. I am blown away! All three are 100X better in person than they are in the pictures. I just placed my next order :)"

How It Works

Craftsmanship

The wide wale cord suit has so much swagger; it's smart, sophisticated and rebellious all at the same time. It's also a wardrobe staple that stylish men have worn for more than a hundred years. Like all AOS suits it's easy wearing, comfortable and designed to be worn as a separate jacket, trouser and vest as part of a versatile capsule wardrobe).

This suit is handmade in Rochester New York at one of the only hand-tailoring factories left in America. An individual pattern is hand cut for each order and many hours of skilled handwork is put into each garment. It is made with love, passion, integrity and built to last the test of time.
