Ariston (the Italian mill known for making some of the most stylish tailoring fabrics in the world) released this "Oversized Luxury Hopsack" jacketing fabric in limited quantities for this season. It's a luxurious blend of alpaca (84%), cotton (10%) and nylon (6%) that is rendered into the largest hopsack ("basket weave") pattern we've ever seen in a tailoring fabric. The texture and depth of this cloth is truly amazing, and lends itself beautiful to our soft jacket construction.

At a 13oz/370gm weight, this jacket is perfect for 3-seasons and can be worn as a light outerwear piece for most of the year, including cool nights in the Spring and Summer. If you're looking for a go-to jacket full of texture that is extremely comfortable and wearable - this is the one.
