Can I meet with someone to discuss my order?
Do you have a physical location?

We do not. We operate exclusively online and can ship worldwide.

Do you offer discounts?

Yup. We specialize in wardrobe packages and offer 4 levels of discounts:

  • Any 3 items = 10% off 
  • Any 5 items = 15% off 
  • Any 10 items = 20% off
  • Any 20 items (or more) = 25% off

Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.

You can combine any items in our online shop - including bespoke, ready-to-wear and accessories.

If an item is "SOLD OUT" will it return?

Probably not, as most fabrics are only available for a limited time.

With that said, we can always find replacement fabrics or substitutions.

What's the difference between Bespoke and Ready-to-Wear?

Signature Collection (bespoke):

  • Fit: Includes a try-on garment that is custom-made for you and personal fittings (pictures and feedback) reviewed by real bespoke tailors. More info here.
  • Customizations: Choose from our full range of customization options
  • Quality: Handmade, full canvas, luxury finishes throughout. Highest quality garments available online.
  • Alterations: reimbursed in store credit. See more info in the "alterations policy" question below

Ready-to-Wear:

  • Fit: Choose from our selection of sizes & lengths (no try-on garment or fittings)
  • Customizations: not available
  • Craftsmanship: hand-finished, half canvas, soft construction
  • Alterations: no fit review or alteration reimbursement

Can Bespoke garments be made as Ready-to-Wear? and vise versa?

Sure.

Any ready-to-wear garment can be ordered as a bespoke garment (for roughly a 30% price increase).

And any bespoke garment can be ordered as a ready-to-wear garment (for roughly 30% price decrease).

What's the delivery time?

Ready-to-Wear:

  • Sweaters, Polos & T-Shirts: 1-2 weeks
  • Other RTW items: 3-5 weeks.

Signature Collection or "Bespoke Fit"):

  • First-time customers: 8-10 weeks (2-3 weeks for your initial fitting garment, then 5-7 weeks for your final garment).
  • Repeat customers: 6-8 weeks (since your initial fitting is already complete).

Accessories:

  • 1-2 weeks

Can I make changes to an order after it is placed?

No. Once an ordered is placed, we immediately begin the production process and no edits can be made.

Please double check your customization selections (and size selections for RTW) before placing your orders. Thank you.

Can I get fabric samples?

Absolutely.

You can order physical samples of any of our fabrics here.

Please note fabric samples are only available for our Signature Collection (not Ready-to-Wear).

I received my try-on garment, what do I do next?

It's time to upload your fitting!

Login to your AOS account and click "upload fitting" for instructions.

Are faster delivery times available?

In most cases, yes.

We offer expedited service if you need your garments by a certain date.

Do you make clothing for women?

Absolutely!

Our Signature (bespoke) Collection does not have a "women's" or "men's" section.

Any customer - regardless of shape, size or gender - can order any garment from our signature collection.

We will draft your pattern and create your try-on garment based on the physical profile you fill out in your AOS account, and perform your bespoke fittings with you.

Every client is different and we are proud to serve a wide range of people across the spectrum of gender, age, size, etc.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control the import taxes charged by your country.

What are your shipping rates?

Free shipping in USA. International shipping rates calculated at checkout.

I’m big & tall, do you have a maximum size you can fit?

We can fit all shapes and sizes with our Signature Collection.

Do I need to return my try-on garment?

Nope. Your try-on garments are custom made for you, and yours to keep.

Can I gift AoS to a friend?

Of course!

Because we work one-on-one with each customer, the AOS gift card is the best way to gift the AOS product and experience.

What is your return policy?

Ready-to-Wear: If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Before processing any returns, please contact us.

*Customized Ready-to-Wear: If a ready-to-wear item has been customized for you in any way (adjusted fit, fabric or design) it cannot be returned. Only items that are "as available on our website" are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Signature (Bespoke): Signature collection garments are custom made specifically for you and cannot be returned. If there are any issues with the fit of your garment, we cover the cost of any alterations needed (with no limit) and we will re-make the garment if necessary. Please note any remakes are at the sole discretion of our tailoring team.

What is your alterations policy?

Ready-to-Wear: No alterations policy.

Signature or "Bespoke Fit": When your final garment arrives it will be fully adjusted for you and fit like a glove. If additional adjustments are required, our tailors will review the fit of the garment and provide suggestions to adjust it with your local tailor. Simply email us a photo of the receipt from your local tailor and we will reimburse you for the cost of the alterations with store credit that you can use off your next order. We will also update your fit on file with these final adjustments, for seamless re-ordering.

Please note only alterations completed within 60 days of the garment being delivered will be reimbursed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Ready-to-Wear: Items that are canceled before delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before deciding to cancel any items, please contact us.

Signature or "Bespoke Fit": If a bespoke order is cancelled before the garment is completed - we still have to pay our craftspeople - so we must charge you for the work that has been done on your order. This includes the creation of your patterns, all fitting garments, the cost of any fabrics that have been ordered, and any shipping charges associated with your order. Before deciding to cancel any bespoke orders, please contact us.
